HEy hey hey! I feel somewhat good. Not sure why, but.... HEY HEY I feel pretty darn good so shut up! Teh heh. It's been a while and I've been noticing many other people getting far more stressed out to the danger point for me to notice my own problems, which is a good thing. I forget about my own problems and find myself trying to help calm down others and that kind of comfort, I rarely get myself. So, I can understand how they feel.
Anyway, today during one of my club meetings, our whole meeting and disscusion actually strayed off subject. Unfortunately there are only about 10 people in the club which is pretty pitiful. The point is though, somehow our whole coversation ended up leading to how, by the time we freshmen get to senior year, we'll start acting like old people, or at least most of us will. I wonder if that's true. It seems to be the case for the juniors and seniors I know.
But club meetings and church events have been making me feel so invovled and it's good. I think i'm actually making new friends. It's pretty sad that I only managed to find my particular "group" after 3 months in school. *sigh* ah well... We're a bunch of Otakus with the greatest variety of personalities, talents, and apearances. Were eccentric, emo here and there, energy filled, fun loving, quiet, and the oddests of all combonations of friends or goups or whatever, there could be. So it's strange that i would find myself in this group that I've been trying to reject and avoid my whole life. Even oddlier, I fit perfectly into it like fate. Blech.
Some things to look forward to:
- Practicing for Coffee house play
- voice dubbing an abridged versions for Suzumiya Haruhi No Yuutsu
- coffee house
- winter retreat (depending on which one I choose to go to)
- furthur Inwords or Project lifeline club events

hahah, i'm kidding... don't feel so pathetic, it took me 4 months to feel like a happy person again, after moving.
I wish I were a senior.. so I coudl hang out with seniors and be all MELLOW.... freshmen at my schoola re way too irritating, but critisizing is below me! Well-- 27 weeks till my school ends, and soon I can visit you!

I have to agree with how you describe everyone!
It's true that we're the weirdest combination, but hey, we all get along and love each other, right?
Honestly, I remember that my friends in middle school told me that I was hanging out with a bunch of losers who liked anime, and I felt really offended...
But when I tried hanging out with "normal people" it wasn't as fun as hanging out with a bunch of otakus...
Somehow, we anime freaks have a tendency to be weird, but because we're weird (if you don't mind me saying so) we make life interesting for ourselves... right?
As long as your happy, you shouldn't really care about what other people think, 'cuz that'll only lead to confusion and stress!
Being happy is the way people should live life!
Sure, people need to be able to deal with problems and they need to be given challenges, but they're main goal in life should be to live happily, right?!

On another note, I have to say that our clubs get side-tracked a lot, but it's kinda funny if you ask me...
I mean if you think about it, first we're talking about books, then we talk about movies, then after that we somehow get to the subject of growing old... I find that funny...
And when you talk about how you have a tendency to help others a lot, but lack understanding about what you need help on and whatnot, I have to say that I feel the same way...
